These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the QOX platform, including the QOX Customer App, QOX Rider App, and all associated services. Please read them carefully before using any QOX service. By using QOX, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any QOX application — including the QOX Customer App, QOX Rider App, or any associated web services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the QOX platform.

Eligibility
To use QOX, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age
- Riders must hold a valid government-issued driving licence and a registered vehicle (bike, auto, or other approved type)
- Riders are required to complete KYC verification by submitting valid Aadhaar and PAN documents before being activated on the platform
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information including your full name, phone number, and email address
- You must not have a previously suspended or deactivated QOX account

Services Offered
QOX is a multi-service platform that connects customers, verified riders, and hotspot operators. The following services are available:
- Food delivery: order from registered food hotspots within our service zones
- Grocery delivery: shop from registered grocery hotspots with real-time inventory
- Parcel delivery (logistics): send packages between pickup and drop locations, with optional item purchase by the rider
- Ride booking: book bike or auto rides between two locations with real-time rider assignment and tracking
- All services are subject to availability in your area, operating hours of hotspots and riders, and applicable service zones defined by platform administrators

Ordering and Payments
When placing an order on QOX, you agree to the following:
- Fares are calculated based on distance (per km), time (per minute), base fare, and service zone pricing rules set by platform administrators
- Surge pricing multipliers may apply during high-demand periods
- Accepted payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, card, and in-app wallet
- You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds for your chosen payment method
- Orders are confirmed once a rider is assigned. Cancellation after assignment may attract a cancellation fee
- Final fares may differ from estimated fares based on actual route taken and actual time elapsed

Rider Responsibilities
If you use QOX as a rider, you agree to the following additional obligations:
- Maintain a valid driving licence, vehicle registration, and insurance at all times
- Provide accurate KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence) for verification
- Remain honest about your availability status (online/offline) and not manipulate order assignment
- Handle customer orders and parcels with care, and complete assigned deliveries in good faith
- Not engage in fraudulent activity, including false delivery confirmations or manipulation of GPS location
- Comply with all applicable traffic laws and safety regulations while operating
- Your rider wallet balance reflects your earned fares, base pay (if applicable), and any operational adjustments. Payouts are processed by platform administrators and are subject to the payout policy

Hotspot Operator Terms
Hotspot operators (restaurants, grocery stores, and other service providers) registered on QOX agree to:
- Maintain accurate operating hours and days on the platform — orders will not be accepted outside listed hours
- Ensure items and services listed are available and accurately represented
- Comply with applicable food safety, health, and business regulations
- QOX reserves the right to deactivate hotspots that violate platform standards, receive poor ratings, or engage in fraudulent practices

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the QOX platform:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
- Placing fraudulent or non-bona-fide orders to manipulate the platform or deceive riders
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any QOX application or infrastructure
- Circumventing the assignment algorithm to self-assign or deny orders unfairly
- Using QOX for any unlawful purpose, including the transport of prohibited goods
- Harassment, abuse, or threats directed at any user, rider, or support staff
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions, referral programs, or any other platform benefits

Account Suspension and Deletion
QOX reserves the right to suspend or permanently deactivate your account under the following conditions:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Submission of fraudulent or forged KYC documents (riders)
- Persistent poor performance, unacceptable ratings, or customer complaints
- Confirmed fraudulent activity or abuse of the platform
- You may request deletion of your customer or rider profile at any time. Upon deletion, your profile is deactivated and access is revoked. Order history, payment records, and wallet transactions are retained for legal and financial compliance
- Deleted accounts cannot be reactivated — a new account registration constitutes a fresh identity on the platform

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QOX and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
- Loss or damage to goods in transit, subject to applicable insurance and dispute resolution processes
- Delays, service interruptions, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including network outages, natural events, or third-party failures)
- Actions or misconduct of riders or hotspot operators who are independent service providers, not employees of QOX
- QOX's liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question

Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute related to an order, payment, or your account:
- First contact our support team via the in-app messaging or email — we aim to resolve disputes within 3–5 business days
- If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [City], India
- QOX administrators have the authority to review order events, rider location logs, and delivery proofs to resolve disputes

Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you via in-app notification or email. Continued use of QOX after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
